Attention:
- We will install the nut on the screw in advance. There are some steel balls inside the nut, please don’t remove it from the ball screw. Otherwise, those steel balls will fall out and hard to put them back.
- Maintenance: customers may lubricate the ball screw with hydraulic carbon oil, what we also called No.46 machine oil.
High Quality: this product is made of high-quality steel, which stands up to wear and tear, and can meet high load capacity requirements.
Accuracy Grade C7: with bearing fits less than 0.03 mm so that the actuator rod doesn't wiggle so much when operating.
Power Saving:
Excellent overall performance, considering it saves power. Meanwhile, it yields higher mechanical efficiency than traditional Acme alternatives.
Mute Operation:
The CNC linear rail kit bears very little sliding friction between the nut and screw. Thus, downtime for maintenance and parts replacement is cut, as well as the lubricating demand.
Applications:
- Ball screws are used in automobile power steering to translate rotary motion from an electric motor to axial motion of the steering rack.
- Because its low frictional resistance, they are also used in machine tools, robots and precision assembly equipment.
- High precision ball screws are used in steppers for semiconductor manufacturing and so on.

perfect quality, love it! but i forgot to check if the ends were machined or not, (my bad, so no negatives to seller) all that means is i just need to print some adapters for it! can't wait to use it in my new project!

Seems like a nice unit. The ends are machined for bearings. The nut slides nice and smooth and I can't measure any backlash. I used this on a scratch build 3d printer (32in x 32in x 32in build volume). My z axis was very heavy because I used 20mm shafts. I replaced my allthread with this ballscrew and it prints much better.

I wasn't paying close attention to the size of this ball screw so I can't use it with my first CNC build, but the quality is very good and I will be using it for the next machine that I'll be building.

I used it to replace the rusted seized ball screw on my camper happijack! It worked perfectly.

Good product. The ends are not machined but I have a metal lathe that made quick work of it. Don't remove the ballscrew from the rod or you will spend an hour feeding bearings back into the ballscrew!

Die Spindel kam gut gefettet an,es ist kein merkliches Spiel vorhanden.Zu wünschen lässt die Oberflächenqualität übrig diese könnte besser sein,was sicherlich der Lebensdauer und Laufruhe zu gute kommen würde.Man sollte jedoch beim Kauf bedenken das die Spindelenden nicht bearbeitet sind und somit noch bearbeitet werden müssen,dazu ist eine Drehmaschine unerlässlich.Sollte man keine Erfahrung mitbringen und/oder keine Möglichkeit haben jemanden zu kennen der die Spindel bearbeiten kann dann lieber nicht kaufen.Zur Lebensdauer kann ich aktuell noch nichts sagen weil dazu muss sie erstmal einige Betriebsstunden hinter sich bringern.
