Maybe good for wet grass. No help in mud and slid then popped off on frozen/icy ground.

I had trouble installing these terragrips on my 23x10.5-12 tires. I finally wound up taking the tires off my tractor and using ratchet straps to pull the treads tight enough to be able to latch the outside chain. The rubber is stiff in the cold and did not want to bend, making installation harder than it would be if it was warm. I also deflated the tires, but I don't know if that helped much since the sidewalls and these tires are pretty stiff.

I purchased these for my Simplicity Hydro 18, tires 23 x 10.5-12 tires in place of the steel chains. My reason was to not mark up my blacktop when plowing or using the snowblower. They fit well, takes a little time in working them to get tightened properly. Good price.

They fit well and were easy to install. Using them on a garden tractor with a front end snowblower.They work decent on a flat surface, the tires spin easily when going up even the slightest grade. Even with considerable weight over the tires I could not go up my driveway in just 3 inches of snow.
