I thought my Birkenstocks were really comfortable for walking. These are even better and for half the price. Seem to be well made, time will tell. Sizing is right on.

I received these to take on our next cruise.They are made well and cushioned where it’s needed.I’m sure I will enjoy wearing these comfortable sandals all day long without fatigue.The inner sole feels soft and arch support is plenty as well.There’s an imprint on the leather uppers that states waterproof leather but you go on Teva’s webpage and nothing is said about using them in the water, so I wouldn’t advise to use them for water activities.They do however have sandals listed for water activities on their website.I’ve had Teva sandals for water activities and mine are over ten years old and still fit and holding together from everything I can throw at them.So I know I can’t go wrong with another pair.

After comparing to similar but cheaper alternatives,I decided to go with the originals. I met Teva sandals some 40 years ago in my teen years during a summer beach vacation (yes, you got an idea of my age). A cousin loaned me a pair. At that time I was impressed by the Velcro strapping, the innovative design and style. Now it is very common but 40 years ago it was cool.They are still true to what I remember. Excellent fit and finish. Comfortable to wear and easy to use. The cool factor has faded since everybody copied the style. But to me the good memories they bring are priceless.I can’t guarantee they will bring you good summertime beach memories but I can assure they will bring you excellent and comfortable footwear use.

My first attempt at replacing a pair of 20+ year-old Tevas (the old ones were serial numbered #6591 - not sure if they had a "name" back then, like they all do now!). Excellent tread. Comfortable footbed. The higher-than-average arch support (its best feature - and the biggest reason I wanted another!). Expected the leather to be thicker / more robust versus the current "pliable" version. I hope they'll hold up...The velcro tips of the 3 adjusting straps, however, were not fully attached to their corresponding straps...so that'd likely be a failure point after significant usage. I had to superglue the velcro down to the straps at each end (3 per sandal); it's a disappointing requirement, considering these are supposed to be "premium" river sandals!! (See pic of the achilles strap, which had yet to be glued)I'll update and let you know how they'll hold up...(FYI, the strap insertions into the footbed / sole area also seem much flimsier than my 20+ year-old Tevas)Also, I added heel taps to each to help with the longevity (Barge Cement plus 6 tacks per tap), as I don't think these'll last as long as the ones they're attempting to replace!!

These are the most comfortable Tevas I have ever had on my feet in all my years of Teva wearing. I hesitated because they seemed a little pricey, but even the cheaper grades of Tevas have gotten up there in price. So I clicked on "add to cart" and have no regrets. These were worth it ... so far . It's too soon to rate the durability, but I can rate the comfort, The straps are very comfortable on the feet. The sole is very comfortable yet supportive. It's like being in your bare feet, only better. You can walk through pebbles. You can even drive in them without the heel getting stuck in the floor mats (which can happen with cheaper models).

I own several different pairs of teva sandals. They are very durable on hikes and are very easy to adjust to.your foot size. They fit perfectly and I love this color. They function perfectly for wet or dry terrain.

UPDATED: at the end the straps, the Velcro separates until the threads. For me, everything about this sandal is almost perfect! Materials, straps, comfort, design and fit. Recommend getting 1/2 size bigger. Comfortable with or without socks. More room for toes than most sandals. Soles have solid grip on floors. Teva is all about quality. May return due to strap separation.

Really nice quality, good price and comfortable fit. My son usually wears a size 12.5 regular. So a size 13 fit him best in these sandals.

This is one of the most comfortable sandals I have ever put on my foot. Excellent straps, cushioning, comfort, sole… BUT, be warned, the sizing is odd! I need a full size up from my usual shoe or sandal & will re order immediately.Truly excellent quality & I can’t wait to wear them in the correct sizing.

Produit comme attendu pour remplacer les anciennes TEVA qui m'ont duré 17 ans et me durent encore alors j'espère que ceux là vont faire de même ... La seule différence est l'arrière ajustable comme les 2 autres bandes. Pas sûr que ce soit très utile mais ça nuit pas. Chaussures très confortables, le pied s'y fait tout de suite. Textile doux au pied et cuir extérieur waterproof! Il y avait plusieurs chaussures en concurrence avec celles là mais quand on a gouté une TEVA on y retourne!
