My old pressure cooker was the type that has the weighted cap that keeps pressure in the cooker. I lost the cap, so the cooker was useless. This new pressure cooker has everything built in, so there is nothing to loose. It is easy to use, and has a safety latch lock. The only thing that it did not have was a spacer plate that you put on the bottom to keep the things being cooked off the bottom of the pot. I just used the one out of my old cooker.

La holla de presión T fal es exelente. Solo hay un problema en la de aluminio,no venden junta de repuestos. Tube que comprar una holla nueva para usar la junta . Por favor ése respuesto lo necesitamos. El fabricante sugiere reemplazarla cada 8 meses ó antes. Ni el vendedor ni Amazon responden para conseguir un respuesto. Espero que quizás con este comentario resuelvan el inconveniente. Gracias.

The pan can’t hold the pressure even with different types of foods. The pressure starts and leaks water every time. I had my first one for a long time it use to work and then stopped to hold the pressure I thought that could be because it’s old and purchase the second one. At the second use the water spilled on my stove again and it can’t hold the pressure.
