I Love T-Fal as a brand. I've switched and replaced all my old cookware with this brand. Everything just slides right off after a light spray of oil and nothing sticks, not even burnt cheese, making it super easy to clean. I will continue to use T-Fal products in the future.

My previous griddle was much heavier and I had to make an adjustment in how fast this one gets up to cooking readiness. Now I am very happy. I use if for sandwiches, bread, and pancakes. It heats quickly but evenly. I haven't put it in the oven yet but don't expect to need that feature.

For some reason the one that came in my full set of T-FAL cookware was bent and wouldn't lie flat so was useless. Replacement seems fine so far but hasn't gotten much use and I hope it doesn't bend so it continues to sit flat on my glass-top range. Would be nice if the sides were a little higher to make Japanese omelettes and not worry about flipping a pancake and having it go over the very short edge.

We use this for heating tortillas and cooking pancakes (I use Kodiak Cakes brand).After over a year, this is still in great shape and has not warped being used on two different ceramic top stoves, sometimes being left on a hot burner by accident while we continue to eat.Don't use the dishwasher, though--not that we had a bad experience, but I believe it has stayed in such great shape because I only clean it with damp paper towels and non-abrasive sponges, then dry it and store it. I think dishwashers ruin non-stick faster than handwashing.

I have had a couple of others that warped first time on our stove - which gets extremely hot. I also have a hexclad, which is not as easy to clean. This little T-Fal griddle never seems to take more than a quick wipe with a soapy sponge to clean it. Nothing seems to stick. Also, I left it on the stove by accident and my wife caught my error about ten minutes later. I was so scared I warped it, or damaged it, but it held up great! No warping, no burnt coating. I highly recommend it. It seems lighter weight than my other T-Fal pans, but it held up great.

This is a fantastic griddle pan, and I absolutely love it. I got this to replace an older one I had (from a different manufacturer), and this suits the bill perfectly! My only gripe is that it's a touch small. My last one was I think 12" or 14", but this one being 10.5", it shows. In some cases, size matters, and I think here, this could EASILY benefit from being a smidgen bigger. Maybe a 12" would be perfect, over the 10.5".4/5 stars due to the size being on the smaller side.
