Good quality stainless steel cups. They are a bit small for water, but I use them for treats/chop for my small GCCs. For anything larger, size up.

We have a cockatiel who takes off the plastic food containers and these are just heavy enough and designed so he can not get them off. They hold about 1/2 cup of seed which is perfect for him not to waste so much in the bottom of the container. Great price, good quality, fast shipping and a A++ in design.

They are a nice size for our cockatiel, and they are sturdy and fit her cage bars well. I love that you can just pop the dish right out of the holder ring. Very convenient! Happy to use these vs plastic to prevent bacterial growth.

Mine worked great from May to Dec- but now both have lots of rust spots so I have had to order new plastic ones for my birds

They are great size for my parrot. The only thing was it was difficult to make them tight to the bars. I had to turn one of the parts vertical and it fixed the problem so not a big deal. Good metal bowls easy to remove to clean and refill and easy to put back.
