The heaviest thing I move with them is in the 450# range, so I'm not close to the design limit. Having said that, they've been great for what I do. I repair wheelchairs and sometimes I have to get a dead power wheelchair up a ramp and into my van. These have made a great block/tackle rig.

Used these snatch blocks to help demolish/tip over an old play house with my ATV winches. One use a cable winch and the other used a rope winch, both worked very well with these snatch blocks. I also put a 1/2" rope thru the snatch block without issue, was able to easily hook up using a D shackle coupling it to a tree strap. These snatch blocks will stay with my SxS for when I need to get out of a mud hole. Fit and finish are nice, easily pivots to allow for use with a shackle and keeps rope/cable centered in the pulley based on my brief experience. Good purchase.

I have not used them yet and I am not looking forward to getting my ATV stuck. This is just cheap insurance to have in case I do. Attaching this to a tree and running a winch line through it and back to the ATV will double your pull in power. Can’t ask for more than that. Price was fair and product seems to be of good quality. I keep some in my ATVs as well as my pick up.
