This has helped with PORT sensitivity while riding in the car. The seatbelt, on passenger side, goes right across the PORT & in our car our seatbelts give a squeeze to make sure it’s activated properly. It doesn’t cause discomfort now with this pillow att arched to the seatbelt now.

To hard. And poofy. So pretty useless. In fact my 13 year old refused it once be saw it wasn't comfortable and didn't really do the job. Maybe should be different design.
