I was looking for a low price, high quality legging to wear under dresses and these are perfect. I am about 5'5" and got a 16 and they are a perfect fit. Big fan!

They are not see through and very stretchy, they are easy to wash, and dont shrink, the material is soft and medium thickness. The color is a dark true black.

Update:I returned this and got a size up and it worked out. I still feel like its a bit tighter around the legs, she still needs to grow into the length.-----Even though I made sure I checked the size and weight for these leggings, I still feel they ended up being small on my girl. She's a very tiny thing, she weights 34lbs (which is too low for a 5 year old) yet they were small on her. I will still use them because I have them, don't think it will last her the school year.Other than that, the quality and stretch is pretty decent.

I bought these for my 3 year old boy who wears a size 3T. He needed new pants for dance. The XS (size 4) fit him well with some room to grow. They are a good quality and have held up to dance class, multiple washes, and park play. He says they feel comfortable and often asks to wear them even outside of dance class. I would pick these again if we needed a replacement.

I like the leggings, I have been buying them from this brand a lot. However this time, the size was off. My daughter is 4, (she will be 5 in 2 months) and is about 43" tall and about 38lbs. The previous "size 5T" leggings from this brand I got her were getting too small. I ordered the "size S 5/6" for this item, and it is a bit wider than the previous 5T but the same length.I will keep them because my 2 yo will eventually be able to use them, other than that I would have returned them, because they would not have lasted long

The material is thin but good. Size up 1 size when ordering as I did for my daughter. My daughter wears it as inner layer in winter and as outfit leggings in Spring.
