This Menorah is very pretty. And very functional. It’s far more modern than the Menorahs I’ve had in the past.It doesn’t weigh very much but it casts a powerful presence. There is a push-button on the base that allows user to choose how many “candles†(small light bulbs) you would like to light that night.All in all I’m very satisfied with my Menorah.

For several years, we have had a traditional menorah that uses candles. Over the last couple of years, though, we found it more difficult to find candles that fit our model well, so we decided to go electric. This is the one we picked, and it truly is pretty. We love the fact that it can use batteries or plug-in. Overall, hubby and I are glad we made the purchase.

This pretty menorah shipped quickly and arrived with both the packaging and menorah intact and in excellent condition. The menorah itself is somewhat lightweight plastic and appears a little fragile, so "handle with care", especially if you plan to use the battery compartment, which is a little hard to open. Also the wire coils in the battery compartment look a little flimsy and most likely would break easily, so I tried out the batteries -- that method worked fine -- but switched to the USB cord (included) plus adapter (my extra purchase) to power the menorah. That method also worked fine. The menorah is pretty to look at. I chose the "Rose Gold" color, which is elegant and nice-looking. It is safe to put in the window or on a tabletop display -- risk of fire is pretty much eliminated, barring unlikely electrical catastrophe. The lights are quite bright and look nice from outside, also are pretty for indoors. LED covers are flame-shaped, which is a cute touch. Personally I have an aversion to lighting candles -- no open flames is the general rule in my building -- and this lovely menorah allows me to say the blessings and celebrate the miracle -- SAFELY -- and also to share the miracle by placing the menorah (safely) in a window. Five stars, I say. I recommend this nice product with only a few caveats, as listed above.

I bought this for our office. We needed a battery operated Menorah due to fire codes. I could tell it was only a cheap plastic but so were all the others I saw that were battery operated. I read the reviews and thought it would be okay. It didn't work properly from the start - despite putting in brand new batteries. The first four lights will come on but not the others. Sometimes they all will come on for a few seconds and then flicker off. I turned it off the first night when I left the office to conserve the batteries and when I came in the next morning a few of the lights were on. There's obviously a switch malfunction. Looks like some cheap item from a dollar store. Not worth the money at all. Very disappointed.

I thought it's made from brass or steel. But anyway, I love the design and it is working. Safely reached my house undamaged. Thanks Dreidel and Amazon.

While I love the color and it lights nicely.Unfortunately, it does feel a bit cheap. It is very light and I feel like it could be knocked over easily. It is very easy to use though. Either push button or USB Cord. IT DID NEED BATTERIES! which is okay?But I didn't realize when I bought it that it would need batteries. It also looks like there is no way to replace the lights once they burn out.That was also another bummer. So in terms of the value for the money, probably just okay, but not the best. It was a good size, though, to put in the window.. the u s b that it comes with is smaller, so you would definitely need either an extension cord or longer cord.
