This was easy to install, I did it by myself. The main bracket has 3 holes to secure the shelving to the wall. They are 16" apart so I hit every stud. It is very sturdy and holds both skis and snowboards. We love the look in our catch all room. Highly recommend; we will be ordering more products!

Just got this last night and hung it in our garage in less than 30 minutes!!!! We struggled to find a storage system that would accomodate the new shape of skis, and this one is PERFECT!!!! As an added bonus, our wakeboards hang up off the floor for the winter very nicely!!!This is a well made product, very thought out and very useful for year long ski/board storage. We are a family of four skiers with all the gear to go with it, and this rack easily holds the skis and poles with room to spare.....We had to make one small adjustment because where we wanted to mount it and only had one stud, but a little ingenuity goes a long way!!!Thank you for such a wonderful product and easy buying experience!!!!

I modified this to organize my photography tripods and it works great. I sawed off about 4 inches from the arms as you can see in the picture. It is extremely bare-bones for the price and I think it is overpriced for what it is. It is something I could make myself, but I don't have a lot of free time and for 80 bucks I save a trip to the hardware store and an afternoon of labor so I guess it's a wash. Would agree with others that since it is made for skis / snowboards it should come poly-sealed. Baltic birch will warp if it gets too wet. For my needs this wasn't a problem. It is simple to install does come sanded and smooth, but I would certainly consider it "unfinished." Could be cheaper but it works perfectly so whatever.

3 screws, 5 boards and it has an adjustable width for bindings. Very well designed. This is the rack to buy!My one suggestion for v2 would be to aim the boards out instead of in, so if snowy, it melts out not toward the wall.

Tried to find something similar in Canada but I couldnt and ended up buying this.I paid $80USD + $40USD Shipping +$20USD for some kind of COD. In total I paid about $190CAD to get this to my house.I didn't like that this wasn't finished. It didn't look like it was sanded. From the pictures it looked like it showed that the rack was at least lacquered and you think it would be because any moisture on the rack wouldn't be good at all. But the unit is bare wood. The picture also showed a logo burnt into the rack. Mine didn't have this. Not a big deal but you think if you were charging this much you'd expect some kind of pride in manufacturing with a logo or "made in the USA" stamped on it.What I did like was the look & ease of setting this thing up. Very simple design and it would be very to replicate with a router if you wanted more.Overall if I see this in the store I'd probably pay around $70 for it not the $180 that it cost me in the end. I expected a bit more from this product.

Really great looking, well made product. Super easy to install and just feels durable. It’s kind of a plain not stained or painted wood. I kind of like it that way but it would be so easy to stain or paint it too. No question I would totally recommend this for hanging skis, snow boards, fly rods, etc...,Wish I’d found it years ago.
