Harmony's Helpful Tips for Fountains
● Use the pump regulator to adjust flow to your liking.
● Check and tighten all electrical connectors at set up.
● Maintain water level so the pump remains fully submersed at all times. More arid climates may evaporate water sooner than humid environments.
● The submersible pump is constructed to screen out debris from the water and should be checked and cleaned periodically to maintain premium performance.
● To ensure proper flow of water over the feature, slightly adjust the horizontal level of the fountain as needed.
● For longevity, drain, cover/store fountain during wintertime (freezing).

We are very happy with our purchase. We had to buy wall anchors which support 50+lbs but that wasn't a big deal. The fountain works well and does provide a soothing 'falling water' sound. The finish is exactly as shown in the photos and it makes an excellent addition to our deck. I also appreciate how I can hear the sound from below our deck, on our patio. It would be nice of this fountain had a light but I suppose I could purchase a waterproof light to sit in the bowl. The water naturally evaporates so we have to refill it to a level which covers the pump about once a week. While the manufactures instructions indicate cleaning the bowl and the filter/pump, we've yet to do that. At this point, I have no complaints about the craftsmanship or workmanship of this product.

Fountain arrived damaged (shell disfigured) and the entire inside finish peeled off and clogs the pump on a regular basis. Also, like any normal fountain, water needs to be added every few days, and when I do this, pump stops working, I have to snake the tubing and play around w it for 20+ minutes until it starts again. Hate to write a neg review but I have other similar fountains that don’t have these issues

It's a wonderful addition to my garden. It looks great, it sounds great, and it works great. My only wish is that it had a flow control. Sometimes I would like to have a gentler flow.
