Our son plays football in turf and these are GREAT at keeping the little pieces of turf out of his shoes. Allows his feet to be comfortable and focus on the game. If inbetween sizes, I recommend the smaller size as you want it to fit snug against the shoe in order to keep the loose turf pieces out.

I had read these were small so I ordered a large for my 9year old who wears a size 4.5 shoe. They were tight and once I washed it, they shrunk even more making them even tighter, but I was expecting a tight fit. It looks good and we didn't have to worry about constantly tying his shoes. Just super hard getting them off and on but other than that, great product.

Received my shipment earlier than estimated and my son couldn't be happier than he is right now! He will be wearing them in his game tonight!
