I ordered these in hopes that I would get a product that would not corrode, lock up or otherwise be difficult to open and refill with salt. These are exceptional. The threads on the container and cap are dense plastic. They tighten well and securely. The shakers are adjustable to deliver the amount of salt and pepper required. These are the best we have ever had and are much more affordable than many. The appearance is great. Use on your table or at the stove;

This salt shaker has a stylish appearance (looks as depicted) and, for the most part, appears well made. It has a decent volume for home use, so the salt should not run out too fast before needing to be refilled. It has three different size sets of holes, and the flow through them can additionally be adjusted. The reason I gave it four instead of five stars is that salt gets between the rotating top surface and the disk with holes underneath, so actually rotating the top to adjust the pour holes can be quite difficult, and it can require the use of force, for which the shaker was not actually designed. If this design flaw were to be corrected somehow, the shaker would merit a truly excellent review.

Great little spice shakers! We freeze dry spices and like these as they have a closed option so it helps the freeze-dried spices stay dry and not absorb water in the air. It has multiple selections for how much to dispense with one being fully open. Works great and would recommend these.

Really like these salt & pepper shakers. Good pouring and nice looking. I have bought 3 sets and one individual one. The one flaw is that when you tap it on counter sometimes a chunk of glass comes off. Two have broken this way, and they were not hard taps. I think it is a manufacturing flaw.

I was looking for salt shakers that didn't leak salt every time you used it. This is the one. I would recommend this item.

I really like this product. My first set came with a defective cap (threads were not cut). I happened to have an old shaker cap that fit, but I ordered a replacement set anyway. I love the weight and size of this glass shaker, the dial to pour just the right amount is a very nice attribute. I have had similar shakers in the past but these far exceed in quality. I also ordered a stainless steel set, but I far prefer the plastic ones as I think the stainless caps could hold moisture after cleaning and rust eventually. These shakers come apart for easy cleaning and easy filling. Great for those salts, herbs and spices. I love that you can see what's inside as the bottom glass is exposed under the color sleeve. Definitely a must have in my kitchen.

No se aprecia en las fotos pero la tapa superior gira para bloquear, como dice la descripción, la salida de sal, el único detalle es que la sal que saldrÃa que atrapada en ocasiones y hay que girar algunas veces dicha tapa para regresar el exceso de sal/pimienta al interior. Fuera de eso, todo excelente.

I like the style and practicality of these shakers. It has a good looking stainless steel finish. The see through bottom makes it easy to tell if the shaker is empty and a novel way to tell which one is salt and pepper. The thing that I couldn't tell from the pictures is how large the shakers actually are. I've included a picture of the shakers next to one of those large sugar containers usually found in restaurants.The only tricky part is with the lid. I like being able to select how big the opening is but selecting the opening may lead to loosening the top so that it may fall off. What I discovered is to turn the top clockwise if I want to select a different opening (which is the direction to tighten the lid) and to take off the lid, turn the top to the widest opening and then jam your finger into the open to get a tight grip to open the lid (turn it counter-clockwise).I'd recommend these shakers.

Se ven de buena calidad, llaman mucho la atencion y se ven muy funcionales, solo que llego uno de ellos con la tapa de aluminio despegada, pero sin problema, la pegue de nuevo y funciona muy bien, los recomiendo ampliamente
