5 stars because they are exactly what I expected: a well put together, attractive necklace.Details: These are pretty, with decent but not amazing luster. As I expected from the reviews, they're definitely more like AA+ quality; a lot of them are quite visibly off-round and they are more ivory than white. The shape isn't super visible unless someone is staring directly at your pearls. The color, however, is obvious, so make sure you want creamy pearls, as they are warmer than the pictures. The color match along the strand is great.Overall, I wanted to get my wife some nice pearls that she could wear often without worrying about them, and these fit the bill and are lovely for what they cost. They're not going to be a family heirloom, but it's a pretty necklace.

Pearls are my favorite! They supposedly attract love. Now I’m not really sure how much I buy into all that, but I heard that around the time I turned 30, and thought it was kind of sweet. I had always liked the feminine and classic look of pearl jewelry, but had never owned any. I ended up buying myself a very dainty short chain necklace with a single pearl attached front and center. Loved it so much, that my parents bought me a sweet, simple, pearl ring for Christmas. Less than a year later, still wearing both my pearls, I met and started dating the man that became the father of our child a few years later. The man that I finally married just 2 weeks ago (it only took us 8 years😆). Am I saying the pearls actually brought me love? Not necessarily, but who knows?! Either way, the whole thing created a meaningful connection for me, between pearls, and the man I love. Over the years, he’s gifted me several pieces of pearl jewelry, and I’m honestly unsure if I’ve ever even told him why pearls became so special to me.When I went shopping for my wedding dress, once I found “The Dress,†they started bringing me veils to try on. I requested to see their veil options that incorporated pearls. I eventually found my perfectly pearled veil.My sister’s Matron of Honor dress was an off the shoulder, dusty orchid, mesh gown. When I started brainstorming ideas for her MOH gift, I knew I wanted to get her something nice that she’d never get for herself, and that she could wear for the wedding.I had previously suggested that she could wear one of my pearl necklaces for the wedding, not just because I’d be wearing my pearl veil, and my newest short chain, single pearl necklace, but because it would go beautifully with her gown. She tried it all on together, and loved how the necklace was the ideal length and addition to the off the shoulder style. The pearls, added to the gown, created this perfect vintage look. She was really excited about it.I decided her gift could be a nice string of her own pearls. She was so excited when I gave them to her, and she instantly fell in love with them. I did have to teach her how to use the clasp (it’s the same clasp that’s on my string of pearls and my matching bracelet). It took her a couple tries, but she got the hang of it. She looked absolutely beautiful at the wedding!

Holy smokes!!! I just received my pearl necklace in the mail! I am absolutely blown away by the quality and beauty of these pearls! They are packaged to perfection, unlike what you see on the site. Beautiful box, beautiful dust cover, and I am just delighted with my purchase. I ordered this for my granddaughter who will be 18 on the 15th, and a senior in high school this Fall. I got her the 16 inch strand which looks so pretty on young girls. I ordered her the earrings to at the same time, but sadly they were shipped differently and the earrings won’t be here until the 15-17. But listen I am not complaining, and should have ordered sooner! Don’t hesitate, y’all!

These pearls are beautiful! They feel very expensive with their weight and coolness. True pearls carry a temperature difference and these have that. 100% happy with this purchase

Received the pearl necklace today from Pearl Source. First thing I noticed was the weight of the box. It had a nice feel to it and has the initial impression of quality. The gift box portion unfortunately looks like it had been exposed to moisture at some point. (See Photos). So I was worried when I opened it to see the actual box containing the necklace. I took out the second box and noticed that the paper covering the hinge had come off. Again, possible moisture issue. The pearl necklace however looked incredible. Color and size was fairly uniform. Pearls have a nice sheen and color. Shape is ever so slightly irregular. In fact not noticeable at all unless you sit and study each one. Overall I am happy with the quality of the necklace and pearls. The first box I will probably forgo when wrapping and will just wrap it in its primary box due to the wrinkled face. I will just glue the paper back on the hinge and presentation should be good as new.

Great quality but found another brand that adds a touch of gold in so made it look more modern and pops out more and at a lower cost.
