I got this as a gift for the pun and philosophy lover in my life and she really likes it! It's smaller than a mug, but taller than a typical ceremonial tea cup. The print was clear, the cup itself was intact so i consider it sturdy. Stunning as a decorative and functional piece.

I got this as a gift for a friend who is a philosophy professor, and she said it was her favorite of the gifts she was given for her birthday.The size is clearly indicated on the description, but if you order willy nilly like I do, you might miss it. This is the size of a bathroom tumbler, not a normal handleless mug. It's fantastic! Just not as big as I was expecting. Again- user error, not the fault of the seller.It's sturdy, and doesn't look as though the writing will fade over time.Ten of ten, would buy again.

I got this for my brother who is a philosophy buff, and he really likes it. It is more off an off-white than bright white like the picture shows. My brother isn't much of a tea drinker, so it is too small for him to use for drinks since he likes large servings, but I figured he could use it as a pencil holder or something like that. He is going to use it in his bathroom as his bathroom cup.

This is the greatest gift and mug! Beautifully crafted with quality materials and well worth the $20 price tag. My philosopher has said that all the faces are organized chronologically, another nice detail. PLEASE make more in this style with other categories - I suggest STEM scholars, artists, classic musicians and authors. I would buy a full set of these if I could - the only other version (British Royalty) is also sadly discontinued.
