I bought this product to seal some gaps and cracks on my roof and windows. I was impressed by the quality and durability of the aluminum flashing. It was easy to cut and install with some nails and tape. It did a great job of preventing water leakage and protecting my roof from stains, moss, and mildew. Good price but very thin material, too thin to really be used as flashing. Would be easy to work with and cut as you could easily just use regular scissors, no special snips needed. Unfortunately had to return as this would not be effective enough for flashing around skylight like I needed.

It's good for the price, but if you use it on flat surface, there will be sort of like dents and bubbles all over the sheeting, making it look uneven. It's pretty good, i would not say too thin, i was initially very impressed with it until i started installing it on my trailer custom nose cone. In some lighting it looks good but in other angles you can see the imperfections. I used 4 rolls of the 20 inch wide to make this project, lots of scraps and almost nothing left. I originally thought 2 rolls would be enough, but i was way off.
