It was not the exact same. The new one has wheels and a handle that my old one didn’t but other than that it fits and works great

OK so I purchased — from the open box option — one of these and it neither arrived in its original box (which the description said it would) nor “complete†(was missing cover and yellow cap. I got a good price but kinda had to debate my next moves (replace missing parts or return it). I chose to replace the missing parts which was a 50/50 proposition.Works perfectly.

This product does come with wheels attached and a pull handle. The picture does not show wheels, and I didnt find anything in the description saying anything about it having wheels. With the wheels on, this does not fit into my camper where the canister slides into. But after looking at it and comparing the difference of the new one and my old one, it is the exact same size minus the wheels. I pulled the wheels off the new one and it fits perfectly. I originally sent the first one I ordered back thinking I had received the wrong one because of the wheels and the pull handle attached. In the reasoning for sending it back, I stated that I needed one without wheels. The 2nd one I received was the same as the first. The description defiantly needs updated to explain this, if I didn't have a camping trip planned that weekend and needed a new canister ASAP, I would have sent the 2nd one back for a full refund and bought another elsewhere.

The item pictured is not the item that was received. The item received is a different color, different dimensions and does not fit our trailer. We now have this item, it is completely useless to us and we still don't have the correct holding tank for our trailer. I entered the item as a return, when I went to print the return label and instructions there was nothing there. I would like to return this item in order to get the proper one we need. Please help.

My model is from 2001, this cartridge is an updated version with a luggage style handle and wheels. Which is pretty cool but not shown in the listing. I don't mind it.Most importantly it fits my thetford C4 setup perfectly. Seals tight and slides in and locks into place securely.Pics are attached to show side by side comparison of my older cartridge next to the new style with wheels and handle. Dirty one is older.
