Used it the first day I received it and was impressed with easy assembly and ease of use. Lots of tension and surprisingly comfortable against my skin. I've used it for leg and arm exercises. So far so good and pleased with value. Now I just need to continue using it to get results.

I am 66 years old and needless to say, even though I’m a massage therapist my adductors were not as strong as the art part of my legs. This helped to strengthen my legs, giving me more circulation and less pain in my glutes.

Salve a tutti, il prodotto è ottimo, ergonomico, rassoda l'interno coscia, è ben fatto, si assembla facilmente. Avrei preferito avesse una parte imbottita perchè la plastica, visto che eseguo in estate l'esercizio con gli shorts, mi segna la pelle, ho risolto con un asciugamano dove poggiare l'attrezzo. Sono molto felice dell'acquisto perchè l'interno coscia è molto difficile da rassodare. Imballaggio ottimo e spedizione super veloce.

Der Muskeltrainer ist aller Voraussicht OK, leicht anzuwenden. Nach einem Tag der Benützung kann eine genauere Bewertung noch nicht abgegeben werden. Glaube aber, daß er wirksam ist.

I didn’t expect much when I ordered this but I was pleasantly surprise. It seems sturdy enough. The pads are adjustable, which is great. It would have been nice to have an adjustable resistance, but for the size and price, it might have been asking a lot.As for the elastic band, I expected a small plastic one, but nope. It’s a large thick fabrics band. The type that is highly unlikely to snap and break. The resistance on that one is a lot stronger than expected. Not for a starter, but I’m okay with it.So far I like it. Worth it.
