I have had two births in a row and I saw a lot of promotion for this product and decided to buy it to strengthen my pelvic floor and help my body hold urine!!! I just started using it 5 days ago and I feel like it fully softens my legs and I like that!! I do this whenever I have free time during the day! I recommend doing it with short lycra or short shorts so that it sticks to my skin and is much more comfortable to wear! Overall the material is strong and good! And it's easy to use! You just have to be consistent to get results ðŸ‘ðŸ»I give it 5 stars because I found it very good and comfortable to use and I actually feel that it worksI recommend it if you are a mommy like me and you are going through the same thing!!

It won’t stay in place you have to hold it there or it slips and it doesn’t work well. Very awkward and uncomfortable. The resistance is not very strong either. Definitely going to be returning it.

Very comfortable for thigh workouts! I absolutely love the built in counter which helps me remember how many reps I have done. It also included a free resistance band and a small ball. Though I can't figure out what the ball is for, I really appreciate these extra gifts. I highly recommend this seller

I set the resistance level to the max, but it is not strong enough. I think this is good for mild usage.The plastic quality is not as good as showing in the image.
