I have used cheaper products in the past to accomplish this task. And they are a wrist breaking nightmare. This thing chomped into and powered through the pvc like it was nothing without rocking, tilting, jamming. I would recommend this tool to anyone that needs to reclaim a pvc union.

Just as good as name brand and it saves a lot of money both in buying the tool and in saving the fittings. Its simple to learn to use.

This kit includes all the normal SAE sizes for plastic plumbing pipes and fittings.Comes in a really nice case with dense foam inside to hold the tools.The tungsten cutting blades are rotatable so you have 4 cutting edges per blade. Should be a very long time befor needing to replace them.Also Included are some hex wrenches which will come in handy.Fit, finish and construction of this entire kit is really well done. No complaIints.I see this as a good deal for a good product. This will practically pay for itself the first couple of times you use it.

Everything is well made, the carrying case is very heavy duty and has nice padding inside. The bits are made of heavy duty machined aluminum that are smooth with no burrs or sharp edges other than the cutting blade. Four-sided cutting blades allow you to continue working if the blade gets dull on one side. Very impressed with these for the money, great value.

This is a great PVC Pipe reamer set that is very similar to a lot of them on Amazon. The Carbide blades are replaceable over time, if need be, but is very sharp and should last a long time. The case is a thick heavy-duty plastic with the stiff black foam that has the cutouts. I personally would look to see if its competitive to others before buying, because currently there are better options.
