Bought as a Christmas gift for my husband. It's a really good quality, heavy (but not too heavy), durable tool. It's a good size, has a variety of size options to match with. It will definitely save him time and be of great use in the garage. He was quite happy with this gift.

Over all it feels like itรขโฌโขs professionally manufactured and solidly built. Itรขโฌโขs got a little weight (in a good way), and all of the sizing inserts are perfectly installed. The handful of random sizes I checked felt like the threads were machined correctly. Iรขโฌโขd definitely recommend it for anyone who does work where it would be useful.

Deep well external threaded รขโฌลnutsรขโฌย make for a way more user friendly application than the other thread checker plates which use a threaded hole through the plate.Those and the studs are solid and accurate.Well worth it.

This thread checker works just as we thought it would. Helped save us time at the hardware store when we needed to know what size bolt and nut we needed. It saved us many trips to the store as we got the correct size the first time! Very good quality as well!

Best thing I've done in a while. Solid construction. Thicker base than shown ..it's hollow inside ..but the cups are way better than bored and tapped aluminum holes in the other products ..those will cross thread and get chewed. Highly recommend these

This is a VERY heavy, well made gauge. I have wanted one of these for some time as I got tired of having to run to Home Depot or Lowes to find the correct size bolt/nut I needed. I really liked their sizers mounted in the bolt and nut area. This one is a bit more extensive but works pretty much the same way. Much better then the gauges that simply have a hole to put the bolt through. Not only is it not as accurate, but it doesn't give the threading, which is just as important. This works great. My only complaint it the price. They could have done this gauge without making it so heavy and overbuilt. This should easily have been a $25 checker. Other than that, no complaints.

I am the guy that kind of knows what it is. But there is always that trial and error. No more guessing what size I need, is it metric or standard, or what size tap or die do I need. This is so much faster and accurate. Every shop should have one. I hung mine next to the nut and bolt bin. I wish I would have know about these years ago.

This will take the guessing out of nuts and bolts. Nice sturdy mounted board with both standard and metric sizes. Even has a ruler in standard and metric on the side to measure bolt lengths.
