I don't think Amazon will allow a photo of this device in use. But let's put it this way, this little adapter will allow you to attach a black can shaped item to a long thin black piped shaped item. Assuming you are following NFA requirements of course.This comes packaged in a nice little black velvet bag vs the standard plastic ziplock. It was a nice touch.

I received the set of thread protectors with crush washers and they appear to be of decent manufacture with a semi-gloss, black finish. They are supplied in a black velvet, drawstring bag. The 1/2" ID thread is a bit looser than the 5/8" OD thread, which shows little to no wiggle once a few threads are engaged, but still threads on smoothly. I would guess the 5/8" thread to be in the high 90% range for engagement, and the 1/2" thread to be in the 75-80% range on the examples I received, more than adequate for their intended purpose. I give them five stars.
