I am very pleased with the thread overall. I have only had two incidents with it. Most serious was a whole big wad of thread coming off one of the spools into my hand. It took quite awhile to straighten out the mess and I lost about a fourth of the thread. The other problem was very minor; there was a short stretch on one spool where the thread separated and broke. I thought those two little things out of 25 spools was pretty impressive.

I like Threadart thread. I wouldn’t have ordered 5000m spools if I didn’t. It stitches out nice and smooth with very little breakage. I will continue to order it. However, my experience with this order was the exception. I found most of what I needed on their website, but this color wasn’t available on the website. So I ordered from Amazon knowing it would be a few $$ more but not realizing there would be a $6 shipping charge. I mean this is Amazon, right!?. The order from Threadart website arrived in 3 days, with standard mail shipping. The one spool from Amazon was more than twice what I paid for the same thread on their website especially when you figure in the shipping. My point? Both orders were made the same day, shipped from the same warehouse left through the same post office. The Threadart package with 9 spools of thread arrived faster than the estimated delivery date of the Amazon single spool of thread. Mr Bezos flew to space and back in less time that that one spool of thread will get to me. Amazon, what happened to Prime customers get it in 2 days? Buyers beware.

Love the thread! It’s as good and strong as any embroidery thread out there. Sometimes embroidery machines don’t like certain threads. My Janome15000 and BABYLOCK Destiny 2 love this thread. Price was right.

No issues with thread breaking while doing machine embroidery. My Janome 500e loves it.
