Installed this in a steel door of our HOA pool.- The unit itself is nice and sturdy and seems to have a good finish. Lock is easy to program.- About 70% of the mounting parts included in the package were of no use on our steel door. Had to go out and spend another $10 on mounting hardware.- The instruction were useless to the point that I simply had to figure it out for myself. Perhaps that's typical of these types of units...Don't know.

They sent me two pages of the same thing, they don't have a reference link on instructions or support videos. The door of the mailbox opens only half, I had to adjust it myself with a dermel... The password key that helps setting up was missing from the package. The instructions on how to set up a combination lock are missing from the instalation guide. I'm literally looking up on Google maybe I can find out how to set up a password on this lock. Overall experience: TERRIBLE ... look at the second picture from the installation guide "When locked please upset the password" ... Like what is that supposed to mean ?!?!?

Este buzón es como los de antaño. La rejilla exterior con tapa y la caja por dentro. Ideal puertas de fierro. Buen tamaño. Con combinación y ventanilla con mica para mirar si hay correspondencia. Está muy bien hecho. Me encantó!
