Very nice shanty for 2, maybe plus one? The size is a little smaller than advertised for height. Ventilation is good, although if you take out the window good luck getting it back on! Durable, heavy duty enough being both heavier and insulated.

It is very spacious for this style. Had 6 people sitting inside waiting for a flag with a heater and little cookstove going without much issue. Doors on both sides is nice. Anchors are heavy duty. It is well built. The only negative I can come up with at this point is due to the size it is a little cumbersome to set up alone. But other than that it is great.

I have had a Quickfish3 for bout 3 years, and wanted to upgrade to an insulated shack. Boy did I! If you are looking for a shack, look no further. This thing seems twice as big as my Quickfish when inside. The build quality seem comparable, and for the price, you can't beat it. The only valid things one could complain about is the velcro cinch strap that comes with it is useless, and the storage bag is kind of light weight for the application. I will probably edit the post and add pictures when I get it out on the ice in the next few days, but so far I am (I'm not saying this lightly) COMPLETELY impressed at the value/price of this shack.UPDATE:I have now fished out of this shack for several days in serious weather conditions (sub zero, and high winds). It is a serious shack. The only minor complaint i have found is the windows are a bit inconvenient when you have tip ups out. You have to stand up to check them.

Poor mans ShiftPod. I used this for Burning Man. Perfect for the heat, I duct taped a tarp to the bottom flaps to make a closed floor. Perfect tent. Strong, waterproof and easy to pop up.

Seems to be well built a little short I’m 6’2†and can’t stand up fully but definitely has enough room for two plus equipment three people might be to much. Good beginner tent for a budget fisherman just getting started. I’ve used mine twice so far and it was 5 degrees plus wind chill only used the heater on low the insulated fabric helps tremendously.

This thing is awesome it's roomy and super easy to set up it does say it's for 3 to 4 ppl but I feel it would fit 2 comfortably definitely worth buying

Took forever to receive the item. I tried to cancel my purchase initially the day after, I had found a better deal, the company said I couldn't because it already shipped. The item didn't ship until a week later. Then it took another week to ship from Wisconsin to Minnesota... shipping was via USPS which I always try to avoid, at one point it said my package was lost during shipping. The house has loose strings everywhere and has almost no insulation to it whatsoever, almost as if it was an uninsulated version. I like the size of it, it is nice for the price but that's the only positive . To return it, will cost me almost $65 in shipping, ridiculous...will look elsewhere for another brand...

Took it out this weekend for the first timeThe day started calm but the wind picked up and was gusting pretty good.I only used two spikes until the wind really picked up then I only need one anchor on the windy side and it stayed firm.My buddy got the larger non insulated version and that thing took a beating....side by side comparison was night and day.Two suggestions.Add a larger mesh pocket on the side wall. The grommets for the anchors are in the wind skirt. The fabric is not strong enough and the grommet it likely to come out or even rip in extreme winds. This happened on my buddies shanty yesterday.I would change that to a stronger more durable strap that connects to the frame and this stack you be invincible.Stayed very warm.Kids made it 8 hoursAll in all I'm very happy.
