We could see lots of bonsai tools supplier say they tools made by stainless steel, it's incorrect, because the stainless steel have no hardness, could not cutting anything but thin paper.

TianBonsai tools made by the alloy chromium steel, which contains Carbon and Chromium, after quenching treatment, it's hardness is over HRC50 (standard series tools) and HRC55 (professional series tools).

Nothing to dislike, I love the price, I love the tools, I love the little zipped holder...I wish they gave 4 instead of 3 cutters. Yes they are sharp and feel like you are holding a proper made tool.

If you want quality bonsai tools made the "correct" way these are your tools. I have been continually impressed by the quality of even their cheapest tools.I now own 25 of TianBonsai tools and sets. The standard grade are best for most people IMHO. The professional grade are very high quality, but over kill for most beginners. The Master Craftsmen series are truly works of art and craftsmanship. I bought the pruning scissors and they are worth every penny, the steel quality is impeccable and hardness rating is unmatched.I've read some bad reviews on their other single tools, it is apparent that people do not understand how bonsai tools should be made or used. Please understand that these are designed "specifically" for bonsai which might mean you need learn how to use them properly.You can't buy better tools for the money I believe.

There's many sets of bonsai tools of other manufacturers that look similar and are even similarly priced. But once you actually try to use them and compare them with the tools by Tianbonsai, you quickly realize that other brands are subpar, they make poor cuts or lack precision. Tianbonsai tools are simply a pleasure to use, and honed to perfection. I can't imagine how their Pro or Master series could be even better (haven't tried the upper series myself), but the standard series will be just wonderful for amateurs and pros alike.

Really nice craftsmanship. Super sharp and packaged very professionally with an oil film. Probably the best priced starter kit ever. They made quick work of my Bonsai pruning and the cutters got every knob and branch shape perfectly. This is my first pruning before wiring.
