Automotive U-Joint Service Kit
The Automotive U-Joint Service Kit has all the necessary tools to service u-joints on cars, light to intermediate-sized trucks and farm machinery with bearing cups from 1.0″ to 1.25″. Eliminates dangerous vice, socket and hammering methods and does not damage the driveshaft, yokes, joints or bearing cups.
This kit includes comes complete with the 10105 Universal Joint Puller, 10202 Bearing Cup Installer, 70300 Hotchkiss Snap Ring Pliers and a Custom High Density Foam-Filled Case to ensure your tools stay together, ready for when you need them most.

Provides ultimate brute strength for disassembling even the most seized u-joints in minutes on virtually all cars, light-duty trucks and farm machinery.

Our proprietary manufacturing and metal treatment processes ensure threads will hold up under even the most extreme conditions, commonly found in seized u-joints. We take our U-Joint Pullers seriously. Each glove is cast from high-grade steel to ensure the most universal fit possible while still maintaining the strength to tackle even the most stubborn u-joints.
Application U-joints with bearing cups 1” to 1.25” O.D.
Note Damage to flange style yokes may occur if bearing cups are severely seized. Not compatible with Double Cardan joints. To service Double Cardan joints, see Tiger Tool part number, 10205.
Automotive Bearing Cup Installer
Install two bearing cups in one procedure on virtually all medium and light-duty u-joints.
- Manufactured from high-grade steel for strength and durability
- Simple to use for instant results
An encased magnet is utilized for installation, retaining the new bearing cup in place over the yoke assembly opposite the forcing screw. Once this assembly is secured, a second bearing cup is positioned for installation by means of the plunger found at the end of the forcing screw. An impact or hand wrench is applied to the forcing screw, securing the first bearing cup in place and allowing installation of the first retaining clip. The u-joint is then rotated and the process repeated, effectively installing both bearing cups.
U-Joint Snap Ring Pliers
The unique jaw is specifically designed to easily remove and replace Hotchkiss style snap rings on universal joints.
- These pliers can be used to break loose, remove and replace even the most highly-corroded snap-rings.
- Can also be used to remove plastic (push-pin) retainers on several makes and models of late model cars.

I used to use a hammer and socket or an air hammer. But it is so much easier with this tool. 100% worth it.

This kit is worth the $$$!! No fussing, fuming, beating on things with a hammer. No hydraulic press, no 2x4's. 100% recommend. Depending on what condition the cups and yokes are in, may have to warm them up. In my case, no torch needed, the only time I used a hard plastic mallet was to get the yoke to relax back where it needed to be.

This set worked great. Changed the drive shaft u-joints in my excursion and this kit made it really easy. I had soaked the u-joint area with penetrating oil the day before and it came apart with minimal effort using a ratchet wrench. The press has strong magnet on the non-bolt side that helps hold it in place, great feature.

Didn't work as advertised. Horrible customer service. A great idea if it worked. Its hit & miss on your drive shafts. Not worth the gamble. Beware

Used this tool set to change an axle u-joint and (the set contains the removal tool as well as the installation tool). This was the easiest it has ever been to change a u-joint.I definitely recommend these tools.
