It was easy to follow the pattern. It was a lot of fun I'm trying to find more like it to do. I like that I got to change the colors to what I like. It came with everything you'd need came with two needles, thread, needle threader, the pattern and a hoop. I'd do it again and it wasn't that expensive.

The quality of the items included are pretty good. I'm a beginner and used a combination of the video play by play posted here on Amazon, the written instructions that came along with it, and youtube videos to achieve this.
