Two things to note, the balls are made of a very very dense, firm foam and the poles are plastic that has a bit of give. This told me two things. The poles and balls must be assembled to each other BEFORE you build the tent. DO NOT lean on the pole from above to try to push it down together, the poles will bend. Not a dent bend, but a bow. This also told me straight away that it needs to be a series of lighter sheets or one dense sheet as the poles may bow over time. The holes on the balls are tight, not too too tight, but tight enough my 5 year old could not assemble it alone and tight enough it was like I was swinging from my old school monkey bars for too long. My hands burned for a bit after. It was rough. BUT! And it is a very key thing to this entire plot...My kid told me she wanted a castle. I built her a castle. I used all the balls and had spare poles. The structure is sound...except when facing cats. I have twice now had two cats jump on the sheet thinking its a stable surface and pull the whole sheet down with them in it. The tent remained and we got a good laugh out of it. If you have no pets, clips may work. Due to the pole bend potential, I do not recommend them if you have pets. Before I had the sheet on it my daughter was already bringing in toys, a light, pillows and a blanket. The build possibilities are endless with a little elbow grease. I will be buying a second box. This is a wonderful setup.

This kit is awesome!! As other reviews mentioned, you do need an adult to assemble it as the rods and joints fit together quite snuggly. But that wasn’t an issue for me. It just reassured me that it wouldn’t just fall apart on the kids as they play. We chose the “bunker” design for our first fort. It only took me about 25 mins to assemble that design. While assembling it did feel a little flimsy, however once it came together it did feel more sturdy. We used a few king sized flat sheets and some smaller blankets to cover the whole structure. I purchased some clips and battery operated lights as suggested and they all work out beautifully! The clips and even strong enough to hold an ipad up as a small tv for the fort! My daughter recently broke her arm at school and this has been a nice distraction and safe activity for her to still have some fun! We love it so much I am purchasing a second kit to make even larger forts!!! Definitely recommend to anyone tired of lugging furniture around and having your couches used up for a fort for the kids!!!! Love the little storage bag that comes with it too!

Got this fort kit for my kids for Christmas, and overall, they’ve had a lot of fun with it! There are plenty of pieces to create different setups, which keeps things interesting. However, my 6.5-year-old struggles a bit with putting it together, so it’s not as independent of an activity as I had hoped. That said, they love playing in the forts once they’re built, so it’s still a great addition to our playtime. Would be perfect for slightly older kids or with some parental help!

This is great for my 5&6yr olds. It requires some adult assistance in assembling- which I figured I would do this with them anyway. My kids love building forts out of cushions and blankets so this is fantastic for everyone. They can have their forts and we can have our couches!

I bought these for my kids to make forts but I just don’t think they’re sturdy enough to hold a blanket especially if you decide to make a decent size fort. I thought they were made out of metal but it’s plastic so the bend with weight. Other than that they’re easy and fun to use and it comes with a bag so it’s easy to store and doesn’t take up much space.

This kit was well made and assembling the fort is fairly easy. It can be a little tough to get the sticks into the balls but I like that because then it doesn't fall apart. It was a big hit for my 5 year old! It comes with a bag to put all of the pieces in which was a nice addition. I recommend this product.

My second worst purchase on Amazon. Purchased late June to surprise my 4yo & 6yo with a fun indoor activity for the hot summer months. I was thrilled to not have to fumble with random household objects to create a decent fort & have something the kids can help with. We finally opened it up a couple weeks ago to find that this product doesn't deliver on any of its claims. It simply will not stay together & is poorly manufactured.I am a grown adult with the intelligence & skill set far beyond what should be necessary to assemble a toy designed to be ages 5+. I followed every word of the instructions, attempted every design provided in the booklet, and spent 1+ hour for each design over the span of several days. I contacted customer support for help troubleshooting, but received an unhelpful, generic response that glazed over the fact that I told them specifically I had already tried literally EVERYTHING in the instructions. Yes, read every word of the instructions. Yes, I followed every single useless tip provided. Yes, I twisted, pushed, secured, and prayed to the fort gods. I gave this thing multiple tries and spent hours of my life making an honest effort to assemble a working fort. It does not stay together. The balls have holes that don't seem deep enough or at the correct angle required for some designs. The poles are easily bent with the force required for assembly. Additionally, a substantial portion of the holes have leftover bits of plastic from manufacturing that you have to dig/carve out to get a pole to fit. Each time you add a component beyond the base shape, a pole pops out somewhere. The closer you get toward the final design, the more precarious it gets. When you go to fix the pole(s) that pop out, yep...other poles come out. If you manage to get it to a point the structure is sturdy enough to stand, good luck getting the sheet(s) over it without any poles popping out. And if by some miracle you've got a sheet on, well the weight from that means it takes a simple bump to quickly demolish the entire project (1+hr build, 7 min use, 5 sec demolition, 0 hope for fun). The idea that a child could build this is laughable considering it isn't even sturdy enough to be used. Moreover, the dimensions of the components don't really provide enough space for bigger kids with some designs, so the design options will become drastically limited beyond the age of 6 without purchasing a second kit to make larger forts. I'm not sure if I just got an abnormally bad batch of components, if I have some different/lesser version of the product that happens to suck, or if all the positive reviews are a scam. In any case - you have been warned. The bag that comes with fits everything - the one good thing about this product. If you do intend to use this product, I would highly recommend washing & wiping down all the pieces beforehand as 3 out of 4 people in my home experienced moderate skin irritation from handling the product.

I purchased the Tiny Land Fort Building Kit for my kids, and it has been a huge hit! With 130 pieces, this set provides endless possibilities for creative play. My 6 and 8-year-olds have spent hours building everything from castles and towers to play tents, both indoors and outdoors. The pieces are sturdy, easy to connect, and just the right size for little hands to handle. What I love most is that this kit encourages STEM learning through play. It helps my kids develop problem-solving skills, creativity, and teamwork as they figure out how to construct different structures. The instructions are easy to follow, but my kids also enjoy coming up with their own designs, which has been fantastic for their imagination. The set is well-made and durable, holding up well even after multiple play sessions. It’s lightweight, making it easy to move around and disassemble when needed. Overall, this is a wonderful toy for kids who love to build and create. I highly recommend it to any parent looking for a fun, educational, and engaging activity for their children!

The connectors & the sticks are so difficult to connect. Even as a adult I have difficulty to connect them and they keep falling apart which is so so frustrating. No wonder my grandson who tried to build a structure gave up. A very lousy product esp it cost over SGD 100+ dollars.

My kids each got one of these for Christmas. They have really enjoyed making their own forts. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it is not as sturdy as I had hoped. Often the rods pop out of the holes and you need to make sure to use nothing heavier than a sheet if you plan on covering it or the whole thing will come down.
