These tensioners for tire chains on a Garden Tractor with a snow thrower on it were a perfect fit and were totally easy to install. My old tensioners used rubber which got dried out, cracked and fell off. These are metal which appear like they will last longer. We live in ND where the winters are severe and snow blowers are in use from mid October thru April.
