An extended foam base grip, mid-length foam rubber lead hand grip, and a 6” length round end foam that is specifically crafted for securely attaching a boxing glove. The middle lead hand grip allows the trainer to thrust the Gladiator Stick back and forth to simulate a real opponent’s punches. Wouldn't buy again. The product is very poorly made. The pole should adjust to the length you want and lock. Unfortunately, this feature breaks after a couple of uses. Two stars because the idea of the product is great but the production is terrible.

My wife was very happy when we used it. He’s never used anything like it before. I’ve had experience with it because I was once a boxer, so I know what it is to use different types of equipment. It helps me with training her with slipping and weaving, and Bobby, as well as ducking and slipping backwards. I hope to get many years of service out of this tool. We’re very pleased with it so far thank you.
