I use this product for pancakes, French toast, bacon, hamburgers, fried onions and many other things. I had a toastmaster before, and the quality was great, and this was the main reason that I bought another one. The only downside this time is that the grease catcher or run off collector had a crack in it, and it broke. Not sure if you can just get this part replaced as I haven't called anyone about it. I wouldn't let it stop me from buying a toastmaster griddle as I believe it was just something that happened.The griddle itself is fantastic.

It is light weight and totally submersible. Except power cord of course. I love I can control the actual degrees better than cooking on stove top. It heats fairly evenly although the sides are a little lower temp. Super easy to clean. Very good value for the $$s.

Bought this to replace an older one I had. This one is smaller and seems to heat a lot higher than that one. Gotta be careful the food doesn't burn, but it's okay for what we needed.

Iv had none of the problems in the reviews! Maybe mines exceptional idk! Even cooking cleans very easy! The drip tray plenty big big cooking surface! Hearts up so fast! I cooked so much so fast! Iv had several toast master products over the years never disappointed! Good bout quality great price! I clean with paper towel

This is a great griddle. We bought the similar model 40 years ago and it is still working, but the legs finally broke off... so we ordered this new griddle. It works as good as our old griddle. Great product.

I upgraded from a smaller griddle, so I am very pleased to have lots of space to flip my pancakes. No more crowding! I did notice that the pancakes did not brown evenly, i.e., one side of the pancake, presumably that was directly of over the heading element, browned faster, so each pancake ended up half-dark, half-light. When I preheated the griddle for several minutes before pouring the pancake batter, however, this did not happen. I think once the griddle has fully heated, the heat is better dissipated and the heating elements are cooler relative to the overall surface. So now I have evenly cooked pancakes. I am sharing this experience in case it is helpful to others.

I HAVE ALWAYS HAD GOOD LUCK WITH MY TOASTMASTER GRIDDLES AND I COULDN'T PASS THIS ONE UPSINCE THE PRICE HAD JUST GONE DOWN. I WAS NEVER HAPPY WITH MY PREVIOUS GRIDDLE (ANOTHER BRAND I WILL NOT NAME IN THIS REVIEW) IT BROKE IN HALF BUT MY HEART WASN'T BROKEN. SO GLAD IWAS ABLE TO PURCHASE THE TOASTMASTER. WE ENJOY SUNDAY MORNING BREAKFASTS WITH PANCAKES, BACON, AND EGGS AND THIS GRIDDLE MAKES IT SO EASY AND ALSO EASY TO CLEAN.

I received the Toastmaster TM-203GR 10x20 Griddle today, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely concerning. Upon plugging the griddle into my 2500W-rated extension cord, the cord's wire quickly melted. Assuming the extension might have been the issue, I then plugged the griddle directly into a wall outlet. Within just 8 minutes, the surface of the griddle started to warp. Soon after, I noticed electrical sparks underneath the griddle, with signs of potential fire risk. Thankfully, I was able to unplug it immediately, but this could have led to a dangerous situation.This product seems to have significant safety flaws, especially given its electrical issues and excessive heating. I would not recommend it, particularly for anyone concerned with product safety and reliability. This experience has left me disappointed with the quality, and I urge others to be cautious if considering this product.
