Bought these for my kid to wear around the house during the winter to keep their feet warm, clean, and to avoid falls - we have tile floors that are cold & slippery and doggies that shed & slobber!I got a set that was obviously previously returned, but I washed the socks prior to wearing so it’s whatever. Washed in cold water, normal wash & added oxi clean and Lysol laundry sanitizer. Dried in dryer on delicate/low. Socks held up great - no pulling, pills, shedding, loose threads or shrinking.They have a “performance†fit, like how compression socks are tighter around the arch & above the ankle. So, no sliding down on my active child! The grips seem like good quality & are thicker. Sock fabric is also good quality, not thin but not super thick either.The kid wears a size 1 in big kids. I bought both the 6-8yr & the 9-14yr sizes to try. Stuck with the 9-14yr size because it was the perfect fit for my preference - grips cover the entire bottom of foot with tiny bit of room for growth or fabric shrinkage over time.Totally happy with this purchase!

I have purchased so many socks for my kiddos that end up just being absolute duds. These socks have stood the test of time and where that my children put on them on a daily basis. I would highly recommend these over any other sock out there. If you don’t want your kids sliding around like Tom Cruise in the movie Risky Business than these are the socks for you

My toddler loves these. I'm assuming they they are comfortable because she doesn't try to take them off but they definitely do the job. She's not slipping and sliding.

Did you know that some vinyl plank flooring tears up socks? Well, we found out the hard way, and after many shredded socks, I found these for my grandchildren. So far, they have held up extremely well - no holes, and the kids really like them. Hope it lasts.

Great for my 5 year old and I love that the non-skid pads cover the entire bottom. I keep spares in my car for impromptu visits to kids playplaces so I don't have to buy their socks

The grip on these socks is really great. I took away one star though because they are very narrow and don't have much stretch. If your child has chubby feet you should size up or these may not work for you.
