After scouring my local hardware stores, I finally gave up and looked on Amazon for these higher than normal bolt caps. They worked perfectly and were so inexpensive!

What a waste of money and time. It does not fit. It is NOT UNIVERSAL unlike how the seller listed. This is making me do a return exercise, and made me shop for a second time. I ordered Sticky John's tall toilet caps instead which I should have gotten in the 1st place. Not happy. =(

Anchor bolts on newly installed toilet were hard to reach to cut. These caps cover the bolts nicely without having to cut them.
