Ok, up front, I'm not a toilet brush connoisseur of any sort. I'm a dude who cleans the toilet only because I have to as the REST OF THE FAMILY wants no part of it apparently. We got a pretty standard bathroom decoration theme going on with brownish ceramic tile, white trim, beige walls, and white washed vanity. Fixtures are chrome. My last toilet brush, some plastic do-hickey thing that some college bound kid would throw in the cart as an afterthought, broke on me during a scrubbing. Now I'm not one to really care what kind of toilet brush I buy but I want one that's gonna last and looks nice sitting there behind the bowl having conversations with Mr. Plunger. Scrolled through the Amazon listing and found this baby. It's mostly all metal, stainless,...the handle/lid/brush combo is pretty slick as the lid acts as a nice little splash guard. Brush is sturdy and the whole thing put together looks nice. It sorta matches the chrome in the rest of the bathroom and it's close enough. It would probably do well in a satin nickel environment as well. It's a great buy if you're looking to upgrade from the $5 dollar variety. I mean, it's a toilet brush people, what do you need it to do? It cleans the bowl and stores away until needed again. Bingo.

Well packed, easy to assemble and nicer looking that I expected. Put them in all bathrooms to replace gross plastic ones. These are much easier to keep clean (all real SS metal on outside, not coatings or wraps) and work, look and feel really nice.

Very nice fit and finish to the lids and cannister. Other than someone complaining about damage in shipment (which happens to everything at some time) I can't see what any negative feedback could be given on this item. Stainless steel everything including the handle right down to the brush attachment and very sturdy. The plastic ones are not and do not last. All stainless can corrode to a degree depending on it's exposure and toilet bowl cleaners can augment that. Rinse the brush well before storing it back in the cannister. Recommend this one.

With the ongoing collapse of brick and mortar retail it's frustrating to not be able to actually hold and touch products to be able to gauge their actually quality. This seems well made and sturdy with thick metal and a strong handle.

Looks nice. However, the brush comes unscrewed while cleaning. Not fun fishing it out of the bowl. Probably too much money for a brush that doesn't stay attached.Updated to state that the bottom of the brush holder has now rusted. Luckily, I kept it in another container after reading comments or my floor would be rusted as well.
