Perfect fit, thick enough, pliable, easy to install, provides great protection and was ideal for my use.I bought a high dollar shop chair that lacked one simple requirement - a rubber bumper for the exposed metal support spine behind the seat.Understand that this high dollar chair is marketed in part as an aid to detailing cars which I do a few times a week.The exposed metal spine on the back of the chair is a $500+ car door/fender scratch waiting to happen. See the photo of the back of the chair next to the door on the white car.Installation was simple, the adhesive strip covers pull away with ease and the adhesive holds fast, no zip ties required.Perfect solution for my issue.I will note that the high end chair company sells a similar product not included with the chair which is lame.I didn’t know I needed this rubber cover until after the chair arrived and it’s an extra $10. But it’s buried in their “accessories†section but in my option, it’s a required add on.Now I have an extra 8 feet if I ever need it. Thank you Amazon and this seller!

the trick is to install it BEFORE u pull the red tape off. prep the door with alcohol and cut to length. then install once it's in place start pulling the tape and press it down. worked like a charm and only time will tell if it lasts

Installed metal ("R" panel) roof over a new storage shed. Left 'rain drip' overhang on front side which also made a sharp edge. Looked online for a long time trying to find something which would work to cover the sharp edges. Looking for something like car door edge protection but most products found had a wide opening, which wouldn't work on this metal narrow thickness. I came across this edging.Appeared to be the perfect solution. Being rubber and flexible, it followed the curves of the R panel ok, and the inside adhesive on the two inner lips, seem to adhered ok. Peeling the protective tape off adhesive not difficult, but keeping the two lips from touching each other (after tape is pulled off) and keeping them from sticking to each other is somewhat tricky.When edges were finished, it actually gives a neat and "finished" appearance and certainly protects you from the sharp edge of the metal. How it will last in sun UV --- ? Time will tell, but as of now, recommend this product.

I used this product to cushion the edges of the metal panels on my carport. There are two narrow adhesive strips, one on each side the red tape tends to come off both sides at the same time and if they stick together you are done.I started a small section, about 1†and pulled the backing off while holding both ends apart and installed that short section on the edge of the metal. Then I pushed a small section with the backing still on the pushed it on the metal edge before removing the backing. Worked to the end that way with no problems.It was installed in full sun so we will see how long it lasts. If is still in good condition in a few months, I will complete the remaining 50 feet.

It's great product and it's stick. I use it on all 4 doors and I been using it for more than half year . It is still attached ! Good product bc it is glues with both sides.

I needed to repair a luggage box that goes on the back of an e-scooter. The box was noisy and rattled as the scooter traveled. I used it to wrap the edge of the lid of the box.Easy to apply. Peel and stick.

A little tricky to put on and try to get it in place before you took tape off to secure it. It does work well and stays securely were you put it. Just tricky to use

Great product! Easy to install and looks great! I used this in my motorhome on this thin piece of aluminum to protect myself from the sharp edge.
