I got these to sit under my 3D printer to reduce noise and vibration from being passed into the table it is on, and also to reduce the reverberation back into the printer and thus reduce some of the ringing in the prints. These have worked well, as best as I can tell. I don't have a decibel meter to verify it is quieter, but it does seem so to my ears. And my print quality while already very good, isn't showing any adverse effects, so I'm assuming they are working in that regard as well.

I ordered these for a small treadmill and have found them to work very well. The pads are made of foam bits and have rubber on one side to help prevent slipping. It did reduce the vibration from the treadmill that was felt in the room prior to installing these. My only caution is to make sure to make note of the size as these are pretty small. I ended up needing to use two if the pads for one leg point in order to cover it completely.
