I didn’t realize how big this was until I got it out of its vacuum sealed package. Wow! I could do some seriously big batches of something with this! The stitches are the next thing that impressed me. They look really secure and I won’t worry about them giving out for some time.I haven’t had a need to strain anything yet, so I’ve been using it to cover my sourdough loaves while they proof. Seems like all my tea towels have dog and cat hair on them no matter how much I wash them, so I’m keeping this clean and tidy. It’s working really well! I’m very happy with this purchase.

This review is for the TOPULORS Cheesecloth, 36x36 Inch, Hemmed 4 Edges, Grade 100 Ultra Fine 100% Unbleached Cotton - Reusable Straining & Cooking Cloth for Cheese Making, Nut Milk, Yogurt Strainer, Filter & More (1 PCS).I would not call this cheesecloth. All the cheesecloth I've had has been a very open weave. The weave of the TOPULORS cloth is fine. One could use the TOPULORS cloth for straining, but it seems an excellent alternative to baker's linen for making bread. The baker's linen I have is too stiff and lets too much moisture evaporate from the surface of the loaves during their final proof. The TOPULORS cloth is much more flexible.Five stars.

I made cheese with this; it was my first time, so have no experience to compare it to. I draped the cheesecloth over a colander, and placed the colander inside a big pot. The sheet is plenty large enough to tuck the ends securely into the pot, and avoid dripping the whey as you move the curds to the colander to drain. The fabric is fine enough to keep the curds in and let the whey drain out. The hemmed edges made it easy to tie the curds into a ball, and then untie when the cheese was done draining. The cloth looks fine after its fist use. I read that it’s reusable until it smells or is stained, or falls apart… Hot water and baking soda will prevent odors and staining. This seems high quality, generously sized, and reasonably priced for all the use I should get out of it. Good deal!

This is a well made cheesecloth. I like that this cheesecloth is very fine making it easy to strain out food items or diy beauty products. The cheesecloth is well stitched to help it last longer. I like that it is unbleached making it healthy for food or beauty purposes. This cloth is large so if you only make things in small batches like I do, you can cut it into smaller clothes and sew the edges.

Great product for straining certain foods and drinks! Comes in a really big fabric piece so I have to manually cut down to size to avoid using it all up at once.

This is a very good quality item, packaged well too. Ample size for homemade products. I got it to make homemade Indian Paneer but since then, have also made homemade strained yoghurt (Greek style) and Labneh (Lebanese style). It is certainly very large but that helps with how much you're trying to prep as also what method you want to use. For instance, the technique for paneer is to tie it to a tap for several hours with a basin to collect the water. I was also able to fold it into half for smaller amounts of Labneh prep and it worked perfectly then too. It's soft and well made. I made sure to hand wash it thoroughly each time and let it dry before using again and to store clean. Not sure I'm comfortable with putting something like this in the washer/dryer.

Have been using this for staging sourdough bread while it rises before the baking and it works great. So far have had no issues with sticking of dough. Hand washed and line dried and it still works perfectly.

This is a good quality unbleached cotton cheesecloth. I use cheesecloth primarily for making cream cheese and goat cheese. Although it is good quality, it is rather expensive considering you are only getting one square yard of material. You do however pay more if you order in small quantities but be aware there is only a single sheet included 3 feet square.
