Constructed of heavy-duty steel, it's designed for operating either manually or pneumatically. It features a lifting range between 10-7/16" to 20-1/16" with a 20 ton (40,000 lb) load capacity. Has an air pressure range of 100 to 175 PSI (note: a minimum of 110 PSI air pressure is required to raise rated capacity load). Used this jack to replace the old one on my 20 ton shop press and upgrade to air/ hydraulic. Works well. Air pumping is slower than using the manual lever but that can enable you to have more control of what you’re doing.

I ordered 2 of these to use with my Vevor auto ramps (as the original bottle jacks never worked). The fit is a bit tight, and the air chamber sticks up past the edge of the ramps, so my plan is to unscrew it from the base, add a 90 degree NPT 1/2" elbow, and screw the air chamber into that so it is horizontal, and will be better shielded by the lower frame of the ramp.

Installed this on my brand new 20-Ton press from Harbor Freight, and it worked great. I had to drill and tap some additional holes to make it work, but I knew that would likely be the case. Have been using it to bend steel up to 3/16 without issue.

has nothing to do with "like!" It is obviously this exact jack has been sold in the past and returned. The jack does not operate at all. It has a diaphragm air leak!

I didn't want to pump my bottle jack by hand anymore, with this one lifting is easy and it still has the option to hand pump it if I need.

This is an awesome beast! Mine is being used in a H-Frame Shop Floor Press. It is very well constructed and because all the main components are welded, the chances of the body leaking or seal deterioration over time is negligible. All the welds are first rate.Being able to raise the ram at a 5:1 ratio for faster engagement is a real plus. The liquid filled pressure gauge is calibrated in both Metric and Standard Tons in one ton increments, thus giving the operator good feedback on the amount of pressure that's safely being applied.In my opinion, 32 Tons is the "Sweet-Spot" for most applications where the jack will be hand operated. The base on this jack is basically 1/2 (13mm) plate steel and NOT the usual cast iron base that you encounter on most jacks in this pressure range. This means that you can safely stage this jack with dunnage or other cribbing while applying pressure to a structure. I assume this jack can be used in a horizontal position, but I have not needed to thus far.So, buy this jack with confidence knowing you are getting a quality product that should last for a long time.

The air tank that powers the jack leaks oil and arrived loosely attached. I expected a smooth operation but when using the air function it pops a lot not a smooth lift like I would expect. Manual pump handle works fine so far. The unit was very hastily painted there are runs in the paint and I had to break the paint free from all the moving parts. I will not buy another one.
