This napkin dispenser is fairly well-made. It is solid, however, the transparent cover that holds the napkins in place is very easy to open and doesn't offer much resistance when pulled. So, you gotta be careful not to open it by accident when walking by or if you bump it when used with its stand on a table, for example. We have it installed on the cabinet that holds our fridge, and we place in it all the extra napkins we get from drive-through or take-out restaurants like McDonald's or Starbucks. We love it, but it could be $20 cheaper than its original price.I still recommend it because there aren't many other options like the ones offered by this dispenser out there.
