Like the Countertop dispenser, but the Paper towels that are compatible are flimsy, tear easily and water almost disintegrates them.Using the DX990 which is supposed to be 2-ply and stronger but still no good.

Got this quickly however once down to half load weak springs makes it difficult to get the napkins. Customers end up grabbing loads of napkins as they reach in. Don’t purchase stay away.Returned right away but got hit with restocking charge. Normally amazon is great with returns. I lost out on this purchase.Buyer beware.

Order the item and it never arrived. I my money back. I really liked the Red look. I have a whole case of napkins but no dispenser.

I have a few of these types of dispensers but this one was twice the size of the other ones. Still works great.
