It also has a fully adjustable leg extender that can be attached to the belt with hook-and-loop. The straps ensure stability even during the most demanding missions. It is worth adding the holster has a quick release adjustable thumb break with double security hook-and-loop flap over the thumb break which holds pistol handle in place. This is an extremely well built, almost infinitely adjustable holster. There are two v-e-r-y long leg straps for however thick your thigh is. It is stiff when new as any high quality holster is. Once adjusted for your gun and put into use it becomes more molded to your firearm with time. The velcro strap system prevents your gun from moving around no matter how active you are. The wide strap that covers the gun's barrel opening prevents most dirt and dust from entering your gun.

This holster is decent quality and don't worry about the leg straps being big enough.These leg straps would be too big for Earl Campbell.They must have used waistband straps for the the legs, because I could literally wrap the lower leg strap around my 34" waist.I'll have to do some serious trimming of the band length.Otherwise, the holster is just fine.

I'm a pretty big guy. I have a 48 inch waist and the leg straps, adjusted all the way in, as short as I can get them, are still too long.

I took a bit of a gamble and it paid off nicely. I't s a great holster for pistols of various sizes with various attachments. It also can be changed around quite a bit with various parts being removable.As to the reason I got this while it'll keep my TiPX holstered the thumb straps do have to be adjusted in order to snap/velcro them.
