Strip sprayers are often hard to find (as opposed to full, 1/2, and 1/4 circle sprayers). These do the job well and were very reasonably priced.Here in Los Angeles where the water has a high mineral content, the screw-on base often becomes difficult to remove from the pipe (as do all screw-on sprayers), but one can unscrew the top and soak it in vinegar to remove the deposits if the spray jet becomes clogged.

I was looking for something that fit my lawn sprinkler because the local Home Depot stopped carrying female sprinkler heads. This fit fine and was shipped as an add on item. It came with no instructions whatsoever. I see that the spray is not adjustable. However, now at least my sprinkler is not pouring water out in one spot.
