... the hard part is removing the old OEM ones - - need to grind off the heads on the OEM rivets, then punch them through the frame. After that, it's just a few minutes to install with hand tools. You don't need to remove the torsion bars or use a T bar unloading tool. Just a floor jack on the crossmember helps positioning.
