The construction was good and I was happy when I got it, until I used it. Even when I secured it as tight as possible, my turtle could still strip it off.

This is easy to put on my turtle and helps him show up when we are walking outside. It helps me to not lose him amongst the foliage. People love seeing him in it, and it gets him lots of attention! It stays on well, too. It is adorable.
