This works but sometimes it has a little problem with tracking. I usually just have to eject the tape and put it back in and it will usually correct it but sometimes I have to do it a couple times. It is a refurbished model though and other than that minor issue, it works just fine.It did not come with a remote and after I received it, I checked the description which states no remote. I am about 99% sure that when I placed the order, the description stated a remote was included. At this point I will assume I was wrong. Besides, it's easy enough to get a universal remote.

It doesn't work perfectly but it's ok considering the price. I was able to see most of the video but it did get blurry or fuzzy sometimes. The price was good and it arrived quickly and was easy to set up. I was able to watch a video of my deceased husband and it was nice to hear his voice after so long.
