This towel warmer holds about ten cotton wash cloths and will keep it warm throughout the day, but be sure they're wet.I've used this to wipe down my face in the morning and night, used it before and after eating for dinner parties, and to wipe down after workouts. It's really versatile for what they could be used for and it's really nice that I get to use my stack of washcloths that previously would only be used rarely.I typically turn it on in the morning and will turn it off in the evening if I plan on being home all day. If I just use it for certain things, I turn it on about 20-30 minutes before I need them so then they're ready to go.As far as laundry goes, I don't feel like it's added too much to my normal loads. After washing, I typically just roll up the face towels and put them in here instead of drying it and just turn on the UV light and heat. Not sure how well the UV light works but I've had no issues with smell or skin irritation from the washcloths after use. I think this would work well for a professional small business even though it's kind of tiny. It doesn't get too hot at least not hot for me. If you were using this on a child I would be cautious though. It does come with a drip tray and depending on how much is in it you might have to re-wet the towels if needed. I do wish there was a temperature setting but overall I really like it and it works for quick warming. I'm glad to have this in my home.

We just remodeled our bathroom and thought a small towel warmer would be a great bathroom present to ourselves. I didn't really know what to expect. We've had a dry towel warmer and while nice thought a wet towel warmer would be just the thing. This little gem is cute and doesn't take up a lot of space. While the website says it will fit 8 towels, it won't fit 8 of mine. I used handtowels, and perhaps they are a little bigger than gym towels, not sure. I switched to 13 x 13 thin washcloths, and 9 would fit tightly. I was a little fuzzy on how to use the machine, and the instructions were sparse to say the least. Basically you turn it on and hit the UV and/or Heat buttons after putting wet (not quite soaking wet, just wet and rung out) towels inside. No where could I find how long it should take the towels to reach maximum temperature, but another reviewer said about 30 minutes. I'd say 30-45 minutes to reach maximum temperature. The instructions warn you can burn yourself on the towels, but they never seemed to get to that high state to me but plenty hot. They really feel good on the face and heat. If you are new to this, you might like to know the heat dissipates pretty quickly -- good thing you have more towels in the machine. It seems the concept is to load up your wet towels in the morning and leave the machine on all day. The machine only uses 200 watts, so that might work without using too much energy. If not using this approach, you'd just want to it on at least 45 minutes ahead. Now that we are used to it, we just remember to turn it on at leasst 45 minutes ahead of use. There is a warning not to let the towels dry out. And indeed when I turned the machine on without checking and went back later, there were burn marks on some of the towels! So important to heed this warning. Also check the drip tray each day - it seems to fill up daily. This particular model does not have specific heat settings. It would be nice if there was an indicator that the towels are ready. But for the price and convenient size of the machine, I'd say this is a keeper.

I bought several towel warmer for my barbershop but was the worst mistake ever, they leak and leave rust in the towels and shelves. 😞

Who doesn't love a pampering spa experience but to pay for one on a regular basis gets expensive. In the winter I don't want to leave my home either. This is the perfect at home spa treatment. The towels come out so warm and feel amazing on the skin. The amount of towels it fits depends on the size and thickness you want to use. I have just small wash rags in mine and can fit many in. Sometimes I use hand towels if I want to lay with it on my face and neck.

I got this because I love doing my own pedicures and facials. This gives me that spa like vibe in the comfort of my own home. Gets the towels warm. Wouldn’t recommend big towels just hand held towels. I would definitely recommend
