I got this set of TOY Life Unicorn Diamond Painting Magnets Arts and Crafts Kit for Girls Ages 8-12 for my Niece's birthday who had just turned 6 in November 2023. She's very mature for her age and has been doing "craft's" for quite some time already. She has never done "Diamond Dots" Crafts before. I figured these would be a quick introduction for her to "try out" the Diamond Dots Crafts. They're small & quick to do, so she won't lose interest & they're not too small, where they're too had to work with either. She loved doing these & said "Wow this is so kool" to her Mom while she was doing them! She also gave a few of the Magnets to some of her friends to hang on their fridge, so they would think of her every time they looked @ their Magnets! This was a hit for the "Crafty" 6-year-old Niece!!

I bought this set for my 12yr old granddaughter for Easter. She loved doing the diamond art & it kept her off her phone & iPad! Love that these are magnets she can display on the fridge! I bought a Big Gem set for my 5yr old granddaughter which she loved too. I think this set would have been too hard for her with the smaller diamonds even tho she is very artistic.

My children loves these crafts and love to give them as gifts. My only complaint is that this 'gift' arrived in a white cardboard box with no designation on it so it does not look like a gift. Other than that, it is exactly what I ordered.

I bought this to use with my granddaughter. I found it was easier to tap the pointer on a glue stick and then pick up the bead. The sticky pad that was provided didn't work as well. The adhesive on the picture was good though. She loved it.

Fun shapes, and adequate magnet strength. A little frustrating that the colored dot packets frequently contained a small number of dots that didn't match (green dots in white packet, dark pink mixed with light pink). So be sure you have good lighting as you're sorting dots, making the crafts, and transferring dots into the (included) resealable baggies to prevent mistakes. I purchased these for my 9yo to work on fine motor skills and visual focus. She thought they were so fun that she finished 8 of them in one day! My 6yo also enjoyed this craft. The finished magnets also make fun gifts.

Got these for my 6yo and her friends thinking they would be bigger but they were pretty small. My older daughter who is 10 ended up doing them with her friends so I would say more for older kids. The gem pieces are so tiny and make a mess so I suggest putting them in containers. It was still a fun craft with lots of color options.
