This is the small, perhaps about 1/2" ID, U shaped hose, underneath the intake manifold of a Toyota 22RE engine (mine is a 1986). It's slightly tricky to replace (I did mine when I was putting the manifold back on) because there's limited access for fiddling around under the manifold. I took a photo showing location just before I put the manifold back in place because it's too hard to photograph afterwards! The view is looking down, from the front of the truck, at the engine's right hand side. Anyway, perfect fit for old part, no leaks. (I replaced the old one because I had the cylinder head off and figured I should replace all the hoses during the project).
